ROBERT MARTELL (OF COUNSEL)
LICENSED IN LOUISIANA AND NEW HAMPSHIRE
Robert C. Martell was born in Brooklyn, New York. After retiring from the U.S. Coast Guard as a Chief Petty Officer, Bob received his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center (J.D. 2000). He obtained his Masters Degree in Admiralty Law from Tulane University Law School (LL.M 2002), where he served as a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. Bob was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 2000 and the Louisiana Bar in 2003.
He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Districts Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
Bob spent three years with a mid-sized New Orleans maritime defense firm and is a former New Hampshire Public Defender. He currently is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, American Bar Association, the New Hampshire State Bar Association and the National Trial Lawyers Association.
